How we work

The operating model, as a page.

Most agencies describe this in a paragraph on a call. Here it is in writing, so you can hold us to it.

The team on your account

  • Account lead
An Amazon Ads-certified strategist, based in Cairo, Riyadh or Dubai. Owns the target, the plan and the Monday report. Runs at most 6 brands (two on Senior).
  • PPC analyst
Runs harvesting, bids and dayparting weekly under the lead. Two brands per analyst per day, maximum.
  • Arabic copywriter
Writes, not translates. Owns the glossary for your brand across marketplaces.
  • A+ & Store designer
From The Social Playground studio. Builds to spec, in both directions.

The calendar

Weekly
  • MonP&L report in your inbox and WhatsApp before noon.
  • TueSearch-term harvesting and negatives, both languages.
  • Wed–ThuListing fixes, creative tasks, cases.
  • SunBid and budget review for the week ahead.
Monthly
  • Wk 145-minute strategy call with the lead: last month’s numbers, this month’s plan.
  • Wk 2Listing SEO refresh scheduled.
  • Wk 4FBA reimbursement audit; account-health review.
Quarterly
  • Q startQuarterly plan against the commerce calendar (Ramadan, White Friday, Q4).
  • Mid-QCreative refresh delivered (Full and Senior).
  • Q endTarget review; tier check; the next quarter’s target in writing.

Tools and data access

  • 01You own Seller Central, the Ads account and the Brand Registry. We are users you can remove.
  • 02We never hold ad budget. Amazon charges you directly.
  • 03Full Ads Manager visibility; the weekly P&L sits on top of it.
  • 04A shared change log: every bid rule, negative and listing edit, dated and named.
  • 05Data leaves with you: the keyword map, the glossary, the campaign structure, all documented.

What we refuse

  • ✕Incentivized or purchased reviews, in any form.
  • ✕Black-hat ranking: rebates for search-find-buy, click farms, ranking bots.
  • ✕Hijack tactics on competitors’ listings, or fighting hijackers with the same.
  • ✕Holding your accounts, your budget or your data.
  • ✕Taking a brand below the revenue threshold onto a retainer.
  • ✕Promising a rank or a sales number we do not control.
90-day guarantee
In plain language.

Before we start, we agree one target and write it into the agreement: usually a TACoS, or a revenue figure at a TACoS ceiling, for the first 90 days. If we miss it, the agency fee for that period is refunded. What is not covered: ad spend (paid to Amazon), stockouts you control, and account suspensions caused before we arrived.
