Grow. A named lead, a weekly P&L, a target in writing.
The retainer. Three tiers, one operating model, and a revenue threshold we state up front because below it we would be taking your money.
Who it is for — and who it is not
Grow is for brands already live on Amazon.eg, .sa or .ae doing roughly EGP 300,000 or AED / SAR 50,000 a month or more. Below that, a retainer costs more than it returns. We will say so, and point you to Launch, Studio or the free audit instead.

PPC method
- Campaign architectureExact, phrase, broad, auto and defensive campaigns per ASIN family, with a documented naming convention you can read.
- TACoS targetAgreed in writing before the first change. Budgets scale with sales, not with the calendar.
- Weekly harvestingSearch terms reviewed every week: winners promoted to exact, losers negated, in both languages.
- DaypartingBids shaped to Cairo, Riyadh and Dubai buying hours and to Ramadan’s inverted day.
SEO method: four steps, named
Search-term reports, Brand Analytics and competitor listings, in Arabic and English.
Every keyword assigned to title, bullet, backend or A+, one home each.
Copy rewritten natively by a writer, not stuffed by a tool.
Rank and conversion tracked for 30 days, then the next refresh is scheduled.
On Full and Senior, one image or A+ refresh per ASIN family per quarter, timed to the commerce calendar: a Ramadan set, a White Friday set, and one category-driven refresh.
We watch the account health page daily, open and follow cases, and audit FBA for lost or damaged inventory monthly. Reimbursements we recover are yours in full; we do not take a share.
Reporting and access rules
- 01You own Seller Central and the Ads account. We are added as users and can be removed in a click.
- 02Ad budget is charged to your card by Amazon. We never hold it.
- 03Full Ads Manager visibility, always. The weekly P&L is on top of it, not instead of it.
- 04Every change we make is logged in a shared sheet you can read.
The target is written into the agreement before we start — usually TACoS, or revenue at a TACoS ceiling. If we miss it, the agency fee for that period is refunded. Ad spend is paid to Amazon directly, so it is never part of the guarantee.

Straight answers.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, month to month. A tier changes when ad spend crosses the tier’s ceiling for two consecutive months, or when you add a marketplace. We tell you a month ahead.
Is there a contract?
Month to month, thirty days’ notice, no onboarding fee. The guarantee needs the first 90 days to run, so we ask for that commitment from both sides.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. Fees are flat per tier. Tiers are sized by ad spend so the fee stays a sane share of it, but the number does not move with your spend inside a tier.
What happens in the first 30 days?
Week one: access, audit and the target in writing. Week two: campaign rebuild and listing fixes. Weeks three and four: harvesting starts, first two weekly P&Ls, first monthly call.
