Expand. Two flows, one page.

Either you sell in one of these markets and want the others, or you sell somewhere else entirely and want MENA. Pick the flow; the checklist changes.

You are live on .eg, .sa or .ae. The account can be unified; the catalogue mostly carries; the compliance, tax and pricing do not.

  • 01Registrations
Unified Seller Central account across .ae, .sa and .eg, Brand Registry extended to each marketplace.
  • 02Tax
VAT registration where you have an obligation: 5% UAE, 15% KSA, 14% Egypt. We work with your accountant or introduce one.
  • 03Compliance
SFDA and SABER for Saudi Arabia, MoIAT conformity for the UAE, NFSA / GOEIC for Egypt — checked per ASIN before listing.
  • 04Arabic localization standard
One Arabic register that reads naturally in Cairo and Riyadh, with a glossary so terms stay consistent across marketplaces.
  • 05FBA MENA vs export
Whether to ship stock into each country’s FBA or export from one hub, modeled on your margin and your product’s size tier.
  • 06Pricing parity
Prices set per market on landed cost, VAT and fees, then checked so Amazon’s parity rules do not suppress your Buy Box.
  • 07Launch calendar
Go-live dated against Ramadan, the Eids, White Friday and national days in each market.

Questions

Straight answers.

Which market should I enter first?

Usually the UAE for international brands (lowest VAT, easiest import, English-heavy audience), then Saudi Arabia (largest volume), then Egypt (largest population, most price-sensitive). For Egyptian brands, Saudi Arabia first.

Can I sell in Saudi Arabia from a UAE FBA warehouse?

Amazon’s cross-border options between .ae and .sa change; we model both paths on your product before recommending. In practice most brands end up with stock in KSA.

Do you handle the certificates yourselves?

We manage the process and the timeline and introduce vetted certification partners. The certificate is issued in your name.
